About · Aari Realty LLC

A small brokerage on purpose.

Built by an operator, not a salesperson. The goal was never to be the biggest office in Lee County. It was a brokerage where clients are actually informed and every file is built to be audit ready.

The story

It started with a bad experience and a better idea.

Marlenyi Paredes bought her first home before she ever sold one. That purchase changed her family’s trajectory, and it also showed her how much of this process runs on assumed knowledge. Documents arrive without explanation. Deadlines pass without warning. You’re expected to already understand a system nobody has walked you through.

She had spent years before that building and running businesses with her husband. That background made the gap obvious: this wasn’t a knowledge problem, it was an operations problem. Nobody had built the system.

So she got licensed, then went further, earning a broker’s license rather than stopping at a sales license, specifically so she could set the standard rather than work under someone else’s.

Today Aari is a working brokerage in Fort Myers serving buyers, sellers and agents across Lee and Collier County. Still deliberately small, still built the same way.

The Aari Standard

Six commitments. The standard we hold every file to.

Not values on a wall. The operating rules the brokerage trains and supervises to.

01

Explain before you ask for a signature

We walk you through your documents before you sign, and recommend an attorney for legal questions.

02

Built to be audit ready

Disclosures complete, deadlines documented, signatures in order, communication logged. That’s what protects the client and the agent when something goes sideways.

03

Say the hard thing early

Overpriced listings, unrealistic budgets, properties with problems. Being agreeable in month one and honest in month four costs the client money.

04

Fair housing is not negotiable

We do not steer, we do not discriminate, and we do not describe people when we’re describing property. No exceptions.

05

A real person answers

Clients and agents reach a real person on the Aari team, with broker oversight, not a ticketing system. Only possible because we stay deliberately small, which is the point.

06

Systems, not heroics

Good outcomes shouldn’t depend on someone remembering. Coordination, checklists and tracked deadlines hold the standard on the busiest week of the year.

The team

Small bench. High standard.
