It started with a bad experience and a better idea.
Marlenyi Paredes bought her first home before she ever sold one. That purchase changed her family’s trajectory, and it also showed her how much of this process runs on assumed knowledge. Documents arrive without explanation. Deadlines pass without warning. You’re expected to already understand a system nobody has walked you through.
She had spent years before that building and running businesses with her husband. That background made the gap obvious: this wasn’t a knowledge problem, it was an operations problem. Nobody had built the system.
So she got licensed, then went further, earning a broker’s license rather than stopping at a sales license, specifically so she could set the standard rather than work under someone else’s.
Today Aari is a working brokerage in Fort Myers serving buyers, sellers and agents across Lee and Collier County. Still deliberately small, still built the same way.
