Written in plain language, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody.

This policy explains how Aari Realty LLC ("Aari Realty," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information you give us through this website. It applies to aarirealty.com and the forms on it.
When you submit a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about your inquiry. We text you only if you check the optional text box on the form. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link. After you reply STOP, we stop texting you. We may still reach you by phone or email about an active transaction you are a party to. We do not share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. The Aari companies share one text line. Your text consent covers only the company you reached out to.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to do the work:
This site does not use analytics, advertising networks or tracking pixels. Cookies are used only to run the site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; parts of the site may not work as well if you do. We do not use this site to build advertising profiles about individuals.
Inquiries that do not become transactions are kept only as long as they are useful for following up with you. Transaction records are retained for the period required by Florida law and for at least five years under FREC Rule 61J2-14.012, or longer when the law requires.
Email hello@aarirealty.com or call 239.789.4701 and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or email system is perfectly secure. Never send wire instructions, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive financial details through a web form or unencrypted email. Wire fraud in real estate is real: always verify wire instructions by calling your title company at a number you already have, never a number sent to you in an email.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Everything on this site, including the buyer guide, the seller guide, the relocation guide, the tables and the FAQs, is general education about how real estate transactions typically work in Southwest Florida. It is not legal, tax, accounting, lending, insurance or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for advice about your specific situation from a qualified professional. Program rules, costs, customs and market conditions change.
Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of a sale, a purchase, a price, a timeline, an income level or any other outcome. Market conditions, property condition, financing and your own decisions all affect results.
All real estate brokerage commissions and fees are fully negotiable between you and the brokerage. They are not set by law, by any real estate association, or by any multiple listing service. The compensation that applies to you is the compensation stated in the written agreement you sign.
Property information displayed on or linked from this site is believed to be accurate but is not warranted. Listings may be sold, withdrawn or changed without notice. Square footage, lot dimensions, flood zone, taxes, HOA and CDD figures and permit history should be independently verified by you and your professionals before you rely on them.
We link to other sites, including our affiliated Aari businesses and outside resources. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute arising from the use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Lee County, Florida.
Aari Realty is committed to making this site usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or other assistive technology. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we work to fix barriers when we learn of them.
If any part of this site is a barrier for you, tell us and we will work to fix it, and in the meantime we will give you the same information another way. Email hello@aarirealty.com or call 239.789.4701.
Aari Realty LLC is an Equal Housing Opportunity brokerage. We fully support and comply with the federal Fair Housing Act, the Florida Fair Housing Act, and all applicable state and local fair housing laws.
We do not discriminate in the sale, rental, financing or advertising of housing, or in the provision of real estate brokerage services, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), familial status, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
We do not steer clients toward or away from neighborhoods based on protected characteristics. When we describe a community, we describe the property, the costs and the physical characteristics of the area, never the people who live there. If you ever feel an Aari agent has fallen short of this, contact the broker directly at hello@aarirealty.com.
